My heart just shattered a little more to find out that I won't be able to meet Amano this time. I was so hoping he'd sign my Dream Hunters. It'd be so totally sweet to have both Gaiman and Amano's signatures on it.

No, actually the autograph part doesn't matter that much, because I really don't collect these autograph things. I guess I was looking forward to the experience of being in the presence of an artist whom I admire more than anything else. There aren't many to begin with, I can only think of Amano, JW Waterhouse and Beksinski right now. Hahah ah well~ life is like that.

Unfortunately, Zdzisław Beksiński (24 February 1929 – 21 February 2005) was murdered almost exactly 3 years ago, so no one can get his autograph or be in his presence anymore. :-(

Such a shame that such a great man got murdered over a little bit of money, and the life of one teenager ruined because of his rash act one day, 3 years ago.

R.I.P Mr Beksiński, we hardly knew you but we miss you.

Well, unfortunately Waterhouse's authograph is unlikely too. =(

At least I got to see his paintings while at Tate in 06. Hope I'd get to see beksinski's some day as well..~
